Job summary

Marmon Electrical Group is seeking candidates for its Accelerated Manufacturing & Production Excellence Development (AMPED) 2-year rotational program beginning June 2027 across NH and CT. Participants will rotate through Production Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Quality, with a capstone project and mentorship driving leadership readiness.

Graduates are placed into key operations roles such as Production Supervisor or Process Engineer, strengthening Marmon’s plant management pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduating by May 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, sports, co-ops, or campus involvement.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations and post-program placement.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing operations.
• Analyze and improve production processes using lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges.
• Lead people, safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Complete a Continuous Improvement capstone project with measurable ROI.
