Job summary

RRD invites motivated graduates to join its Associate - Operations-Leadership program. This twelve-month, full-time training will prepare you for a leadership role across manufacturing facilities in the United States, starting in Las Vegas, NV for a February 2027 cohort.

You will rotate through core plant functions, shadow roles, and support Plant Leaders while gaining exposure to manufacturing, logistics, HR, and finance. Prior internship and strong Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of business practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and core plant functions (manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, HR, finance).
• Shadow roles in rotations and perform in those roles.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read industry publications to enhance understanding.
