Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking candidates for the Associate - Operations-Leadership program, a full-time, twelve-month training track to prepare you for operational leadership in our manufacturing facilities across the United States, including Manchester, CT.

You will rotate through core plant functions, shadow roles, support Plant Leaders, attend meetings, and study manufacturing processes as part of your development.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
• Demonstrated motivation and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations and six core plant functions.
• Shadow roles and perform in rotations to complete each period.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions as opportunities arise.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read industry publications to deepen manufacturing knowledge.
