Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons (RRD) is launching an Associate - Operations-Leadership program, a full-time entry-level twelve-month training track to prepare you for operational leadership in one of our US manufacturing facilities. Based in Chanhassen, MN, the cohort starts February 2027 and offers exposure to manufacturing, logistics, and business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related fields, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Motivated to succeed.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of basic business practices.
• High energy level, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Self-Confident
• Written and Verbal communication prowess.

Responsibilities

• Learn several production rotations and learn the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific positions and then perform in those roles for a period of time to complete each rotation
• Assist Plant Leaders in the everyday functions of the facility as learning opportunities arise. There will be many and they will vary according to the situation
• Attend plant meetings both internal and external
• Continue to read publications about the print and manufacturing industries in order to increase your understanding of the field
