Job summary
RR Donnelley & Sons is launching an Associate - Operations-Leadership program in Midland, Michigan. This full-time, 12-month training track prepares you for an operational leadership role across our manufacturing facilities in the United States.
The program offers rotations through manufacturing, logistics, and support functions, with guidance from Plant Leaders and exposure to cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
- Internship in manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Learn production rotations and six core plant functions (manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, finance).
- Shadow roles and perform in those roles during rotations.
- Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility operations as learning opportunities arise.
- Attend internal and external plant meetings.
- Continue reading publications about print and manufacturing industries to deepen understanding.
