The program includes various phases, focusing on technical field immersion and compliance, and requires candidates to be open to relocation upon completion. This opportunity emphasizes safety, quality, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Candidates MUST be open to relocation after program completion.
• Previous military or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Prior work experience in construction or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience managing the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators.
• Complete a structured curriculum with in-person training and eLearning modules.
• Assist with elevator service/repair and learn safety procedures.
