Job summary

ADM is offering an Operations Leadership Development Program Engineer role as a full-time, rotational early-career assignment across North American facilities. The program combines challenging, real-world engineering work with formal training and networking to prepare you for future ADM leadership roles.

You will rotate through multiple facilities, engage with senior leaders, and contribute to capital and optimization projects while developing key leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and summer 2029.
• Academic performance: Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.
• Geographic flexibility: Willingness to relocate to an ADM location in North America.
• Availability: 12-week internship from mid-May through early August 2027.
• Background check: Background check required.
• Work authorization: ADM is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program with three, 9-month rotations in different ADM facilities.
• Lead short-term projects to improve operational efficiency and safety.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Develop and present reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
