Job summary

BAE Systems invites recent graduates to join the Platforms & Services Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP). The program accelerates leadership and technical growth through three one-year rotations in Supplier Partnerships, Manufacturing and Program & Strategy, with mentorship and a structured leadership curriculum.

Participants will relocate to major locations (York, PA; Louisville, KY; Aiken, SC) and pursue a Master’s Degree during the program, supported by tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality or Business (or other applicable majors).
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits.
• Internship/Co-Op or project experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three, one-year rotations across Supplier Partnerships, Manufacturing, and Program & Strategy.
• Relocate during rotations to different groups, processes, ecosystems and products.
• Complete a Master’s Degree during the program with robust tuition assistance.
