Qualifications

• Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Prior internships in related fields are desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to rotation sites and travel as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotational program across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Gain exposure to manufacturing, quality systems, lean, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Rotations at multiple facilities within the Americas Division.
