ASSA ABLOY Group invites you to join its two-year Rotational Development Program (RDP) designed to immerse you in Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain across facilities in the Americas. You’ll work with experienced professionals, gain broad exposure, and accelerate your career while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will rotate through three core areas—Engineering with product development and problem-solving; Operational Excellence focusing on LEAN and Six Sigma; and

Qualifications

• Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA; internships desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to rotation sites and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to gain broad exposure.
• Support product development, process improvement, and technical problem-solving.
• Apply LEAN principles and Six Sigma concepts in facilities and operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and supply chain to optimize performance.
