Job summary

Watts is launching a three-year Operations Leadership Development Program designed to develop next-generation leaders in Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operations Project Management, and Leadership roles. The program includes three 12-month rotations across four key locations: Ft. Worth, TX; Ft.

Myers, FL; Blauvelt, NY; and Hutchinson, KS, with travel for field experiences. Each rotation exposes you to different stages of the operations lifecycle, pairing hands-on engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong technical foundation with problem-solving ability.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience in engineering or manufacturing is preferred.
• Willingness to rotate across locations and functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by analyzing production processes and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements for safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve workflow.
• Contribute to capital improvement projects and new product introduction activities.
• Assist in managing workforce scheduling and employee development during rotations.
