Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction, business, or related field.
• Open to relocation to select cities after program completion (company-assisted).
• Military or leadership experience highly desirable.
• Prior work/internships in construction, service, or maintenance are a plus.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills; aptitude for technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend program orientation and kickoff sessions.
• Gain field exposure in elevator/escalator service, repair, or installations.
• Learn auditing, testing, safety, and code compliance; manage a small team.
• Relocation to host training location and potential post-graduation placements.
