• Assist in planning shift goals and coordinating daily operations.
• Support safety, quality and productivity through standard processes.
• Track KPIs and identify gaps to drive improvements and actions.
• Participate in process improvement using CI methods (Gemba, 5 Whys).
• Coordinate with IT and operations to address system issues in WMS.
