Job summary

Target is offering a paid Operations Internship in Minnesota where you will experience leading a team within a Target Supply Chain Facility. The 40 hr/week program prepares you for an operations leadership role, with hands-on duties, mentoring, and exposure to daily planning and KPI tracking.

You will learn to lead, motivate, and influence a team, including opportunities to lead a department, while gaining insight into various business areas within the building.

Qualifications

• Participation in school or extracurricular activities and experience in leadership roles.
• Strong interest in retail and supply chain facilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Problem‑solving skills and initiative.
