Job summary

You will coordinate operations with senior leadership, manage vendor contracts, and drive safety and client-focused outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in distribution/warehouse management.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Healthcare-regulated environment knowledge incl. cGMP/VAWD/ISO/DEA/FDA/US Customs.
• Experience with temperature-controlled warehousing.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, train, and coach direct reports.
• Serve as Designated Representative for site.
• Prepare and maintain departmental budget.
• Lead and assist with planning, design, and delivery of initiatives.
• Track warehouse accuracy and productivity.
• Create measures to improve productivity.
• Improve employee morale.
• Interact with CEO, VPs, Directors, Clients, and Managers.
• Oversee after-hour events and 24/7 emergency operations.
• Serve as Hazard Communications Program Administrator.
• Ensure safety procedures and cGMP/SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with Facility Management to keep safe operations.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Promote safety, regulatory compliance and client focus.
