Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Demonstrates solid leadership ability.
• Demonstrates sound problem-solving skills.
• Displays dedication to a high standard of performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reach truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Personnel and activities to meet productivity goals and safety objectives.
• Coordinate new and current employee training including personal safety, forklift safety, SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare work schedules: tasks, rotations, breaks, overtime, and vacation coverage.
• Address and review personnel complaints ensuring fair, unbiased handling.
• Assist supervisor in process improvement plans and productivity reporting.
