Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Senior Manager of Logistics Operations in Minnesota to lead rail, warehousing, fleet, and driver management. You will develop reliable, cost-effective, safe logistics solutions and oversee cross-functional teams to align transportation with production and customer needs.

Responsibilities include directing rail operations, managing warehouses, leading fleet maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing KPIs for safety, service, and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in logistics/transportation leadership roles.
• Experience in rail, warehousing, fleet operations, and/or driver management.
• Knowledge of multimodal transportation.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day logistics operations across rail, warehousing, fleet, and other modes.
• Direct rail operations, carrier relationships, routing, and cost management.
• Oversee warehousing capacity planning and inventory flow coordination.
• Lead fleet operations, maintenance, and driver management activities.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and customer requirements; manage audits.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for safety, service, cost, and asset utilization.
