Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. (ATS) is seeking an experienced Heavy Haul Operations Manager to lead the division for safe, efficient, and profitable transport services.

You will direct day-to-day operations, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality customer service. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build a high-performing team across fleets and drivers, with a focus on budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial transportation industry, including operations and fleet management.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Heavy Haul Division operations, planning and directing activities.
• Engage with customers and develop pricing strategies and equipment acquisitions.
• Drive fleet productivity by monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and support to Fleet Managers and drivers, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards, including drug testing and hours-of-service.
