Anderson Trucking Service is seeking a Transportation Specialist for the weekend day shift to join our in-office team in Minnesota. You will link drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep freight moving across North America and ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or fleet management is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with drivers.
• Support drivers with safety, service, technology, and operational needs.
• Enter and manage load information; schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Dispatch loads to maximize service and driver productivity.
• Coordinate routing and minimize downtime.
