White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in a structured 12–18 month Career Development Program. You’ll participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and work closely with your manager to build skills across warehouse operations, customer service, and management.

The program emphasizes rotational assignments, a tailored learning curriculum, and exposure to senior leadership, culminating in a capstone project presented to White Cap leadership.
