White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in the Career Development Program. You will engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and work with your manager to accelerate your career through a 12-18 month program.

You will learn everything from the warehouse to customer service and management. The program offers rotational assignments, dedicated resources, and a structured curriculum designed to develop future operations leaders with exposure to

Qualifications

• Relocation upon completion of the trainee program.
• Program starts between March and June.
• Energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with customer collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Dedicated resources to ensure a successful long-term career path at White Cap.
