Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of our Career Development Program. You will participate in rotational assignments across branch operations and receive on-the-job training, leadership development, and mentoring.

The 12–18 month program accelerates your skills from warehouse basics to customer service and management, culminating in a capstone project presented to White Cap leadership and preparing you for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus, including ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

• Rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training to learn systems, processes, and culture.
