White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee in Irving, TX as part of our Career Development Program. You will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, and rotate through key branch operations to build a strong foundation in warehouse, customer service, and leadership.

The 12–18 month program includes mentoring from a Regional Advocate, dedicated coaches, and a tailored curriculum designed to accelerate your long‑term career path within White Cap.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with the ability to partner with customers to develop value‑added solutions and experience leading or building a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across branch operations.
• Receive on-the-job training in systems and processes.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership.
