Job summary

Carrier Commercial Service is seeking a Business Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of specialists supporting sales and operations across a broad geography. The role includes managing facility operations, financial tasks, and ensuring standard work is executed with accountability.

The successful candidate will lead and coach a team, drive performance metrics, and partner with multiple functions to deliver consistent support and improvements in processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of Business Operations experience or a High School diploma with 7+ years of Business Operations experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the company.

Responsibilities

• Meet key performance indicators and drive accountability across the team.
• Lead, coach, and develop specialists and coordinators to ensure high-quality customer and operational support.
• Set clear expectations and ensure standard work and business outcomes are followed.
• Serve as primary escalation point to remove barriers and align with Carrier processes.
• Drive KPIs, cadence, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensure cross-training and redundancy to meet business needs.
• Partner with finance, sales, service, project, and operations leaders to deliver consistent support.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Manage operational tasks using Salesforce to monitor workflow and data accuracy.
