Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Business Operations Supervisor to lead a team of specialists supporting sales and operations across a broad geography. You will oversee facility operations, manage financial tasks, and ensure standard processes and execution.

Salesforce will be used to monitor workflow and drive timely follow-ups. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in business operations (or 7+ years with a HS diploma) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Business Operations experience; alternative: 7+ years with HS diploma.
• Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable.
• Experience in field service or related operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and meet key performance indicators set by the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists and coordinators for reliable execution.
• Set clear expectations, priorities, and standards for the support team and drive ownership.
• Serve as primary escalation point to remove barriers and align with Carrier processes.
• Manage KPIs, cadence, and data accuracy for sales and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with finance, sales, service, and operations leaders.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and readiness.
• Utilize Salesforce to monitor workflow and drive timely follow-ups.
• Lead weekly finance reviews with finance managers and action updates.
