Job summary

Aptive Pest Control in Charleston, SC seeks an Operations Manager to lead service center performance, staff scheduling, budgeting, and customer retention in a fast-paced field services environment.

You will partner with regional teams to optimize labor, inventory, payroll, and training, drive KPI achievement, and foster a positive, growth-oriented culture while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• General understanding of Profit and Loss.
• US driver’s license valid for 3+ years; clean driving record.
• Drug test and background check required for all new hires.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiencies.
• Manage inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct hiring activities and coordinate with recruiting lead.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group.
