• General understanding of Profit and Loss.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers and employees; manage service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor with production to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and fleet in the service center.
• Direct staffing and hiring in coordination with recruiting lead.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals and supervisors.
• Set vision and expectations for the work group.
• Meet KPI standards and report progress with dashboards and tools.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and CI for growth and safety.
