Qualifications

• Lead a team to produce high-quality products and meet targets.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize efficiency; address safety and quality issues promptly.
• Develop high-performing teams through servant leadership and growth opportunities.
• Use data to reduce downtime and defects; track attendance and transform data into insights.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and pursue excellence in quality and safety.
• Address conflicts fairly; build strong relationships with team, suppliers, and union reps.
• Ensure accountability for the hourly workforce and maintain standards.
