Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a Production Supervisor in Michigan to lead a frontline hourly team and translate strategic goals into daily results. You will champion safety, drive lean production, and deliver high-quality outputs while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You'll manage resources, monitor performance, and collaborate with union and management to sustain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team and foster an empowered work environment.
• Act as champion of workplace safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive production targets and improve quality and efficiency.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources for maximum efficiency.
• Use data to reduce downtime and improve performance; track attendance.
