Job summary

Rainbow Restoration seeks an Operations Manager to lead branch operations across the assigned territory, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery while maintaining top-tier customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership with field involvement, overseeing mitigation, fire & contents restoration, reconstruction coordination, estimating, and subcontractor management to grow future leaders within the Rainbow team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of restoration industry experience, including mitigation and/or reconstruction management.
• Proven leadership, branch management, or operations management experience.
• Strong understanding of water mitigation, mold remediation, fire & contents restoration, reconstruction coordination, estimating, and operational workflows.
• Xactimate experience required.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT) preferred; journeyman/master IICRC certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including water mitigation, mold remediation, fire & contents restoration, reconstruction coordination, and emergency response services.
• Establish and maintain service schedules to meet customer demand and profit margins.
• Supervise technicians, field supervisors, project managers, coordinators, and staff with coaching and development.
• Perform inspections and manage scope of work on job sites.
• Prepare, review, and audit estimates for profitability and accuracy.
• Maintain all job files with documentation, insurance approvals, and billing notes.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and job status updates.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, adjusters, and referral partners.
• Travel as needed within the territory and support other locations.
