Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Fire & Contents Project Manager to lead restoration projects from intake to completion. You will coordinate schedules, supervise technicians, communicate with customers and insurance adjusters, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and profitably.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow into leadership roles within our growing territories. A valid driver’s license and willingness to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with restoration software such as Alacrity, Xactimate, DASH.
• Fire restoration and contents handling experience.
• Estimating experience required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Able to pass drug test and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and supervise technicians.

• Prepare, write, and audit estimates.
• Maintain organized job documentation.
• Oversee contents pack-outs and field operations.
