Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager to drive Well-Managed governance and QA/QC across Ecosystem Risk & Integrity. You will translate strategy into executable plans, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate audits and regulatory activities. Strong leadership and program execution skills are essential for success.

You will partner with 1LOD risk teams, PMO, and business partners to maintain ERM standards, manage audits, and drive data-driven improvements across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management, process management, or risk management.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations management or financial services.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management or leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into tactical execution for Ecosystem Risk & Integrity.
• Lead governance forums, Steering Committees, and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Manage strategic intake, track deliverables, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and remediation workflows across teams.
• Coordinate internal audits and regulatory exam documentation.
