Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services or Risk Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
• At least 2 years of experience in People Management.
• Preferred: 7+ years experience in Financial Services or Risk Management.
• Preferred: 5+ years leading cross functional teams.
• Preferred: Risk Certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, ABA Risk Management Certification).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of risk management professionals charged with managing Change Governance, Control Evaluation, Issues & Events, Audits & Exams, and Access Management.
• Analyze data to proactively identify risks and trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Provide guidance to business partners on implementing risk policies and programs.
• Escalate risk gaps and emerging risks to leadership and cross-functional teams.
