Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Risk Management, Process Management, or Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance software tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and day to day people leadership of quality control assessment team.
• Understand and disseminate Enterprise Control Standard requirements to multiple business areas.
• Oversee quality control process, methodology and performance metrics.
• Participate in Well Managed and tester training programs, developing and evolving Card program training for compliance with standards.
• Engage in Card and Divisional activities to drive growth and development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive cross-functional opportunities to enhance risk management.
