Qualifications

• 3+ years of risk management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide users on the change-based risk assessment program (LAUNCH).
• Solve complex problems during governance activities.
• Monitor Slack and host office hours for users.
• Conduct check-ins with key stakeholders across lines of business.
• Identify bugs and work with methodology owners on fixes.
• Provide ERM reporting metrics and commentary (ROC).
• Ensure Post Implementation Reviews are completed.
• Maintain documentation of ERM challenge and escalation activities.
• Oversee AI Oversight: review AI-processed initiatives for risk classification.
• Evaluate AI inputs and risk logic for accuracy.
• Establish controls to keep AI within LAUNCH methodology.
• Monitor AI effectiveness and track remediation progress.
