Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly associates across multiple shifts in North Randall, OH. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

You will mentor and develop staff, manage large projects, and apply data-driven problem solving to improve efficiency. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to meet business objectives.
