ABA Centers of America is seeking a Director of Operations in Texas to lead daily clinic activities, optimize processes, and drive growth. You will oversee budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a high-performance team across multiple sites in a rapidly expanding ABA care platform.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, financial oversight, and collaboration with senior leadership to scale operations while maintaining clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Behavioral Health preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management for clinical operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team.
• Serve as lead client-care liaison with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper training and documentation across teams.
• Monitor compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies.
• Oversee department budgets and expenses with leadership.
• Maintain safety of employees and clients.
• Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
• Support crisis intervention with the clinical team.
