Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable management experience required.
• High EQ and strong communication style are essential for working with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families and guide onboarding.
• Lead, engage and retain 25-50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions and development plans.
• Plan monthly and quarterly team events and celebrations; oversee clinical outcomes projects.
