Action Behavior Centers in Minnesota seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily facility operations, support a compassionate team, and uphold family-centered care for children with autism.

You will monitor KPIs and budgets, engage families during onboarding, and lead 25–50 staff with evaluations and development plans. The role emphasizes clinical quality and strong leadership in a pediatric ABA environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or equivalent management experience.
• High EQ with families and clinical teams; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & financials: track KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Community engagement: connect with families and guide onboarding.
• Team leadership: attract, engage and retain 25–50 teammates; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Clinical outcomes: partner with clinical leaders on operations quality.
