Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management leading a large team across multiple sites or district management.
• High EQ and ability to work with families.
• Strong, professional communication among department leaders.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & financials: monthly KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Community engagement: build connections with families and guide onboarding.
• Team leadership: attract, engage and retain 25–50 teammates; conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Clinical outcomes: partner with admissions, clinical director and leaders on operations quality.
