Job summary

• Minimum 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or districts.
• Experience in clinical or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of an ABC facility and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and team performance on a monthly basis.
• Engage with families and staff to provide guidance throughout onboarding and operations.
• Recruit, develop, and retain 25–50 teammates; conduct performance evaluations.
