• Strong and professional communication with department leaders

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance
• Community engagement: Build strong connections with families and guide them during onboarding
• Team leadership: attract, engage and retain 25-50 teammates; conduct evaluations and development plans
• Clinical outcomes: partner with admissions, clinical director and leaders on operations quality
