Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Michigan is seeking a Director of Operations for the Outpatient Recovery Services division. You will lead program coordination, drive strategic plans, and ensure excellent customer service across locations.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to develop new clinics and services, advancing mission and quality patient care in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively more responsible management experience.
• Experience coordinating programs and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead division-wide customer service initiatives.
• Develop strategic and operational plans for the division.
• Oversee division budgets and metrics.
• Coordinate new programs and services with leadership.
• Mentor staff and ensure quality service.
• Communicate mission and policies across ORS locations.
