Zusammenfassung

Pine Rest is seeking an organized and service-focused leader to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient clinic front desk at Leonard Street in Grand Rapids, MI. The Support Staff Supervisor will lead and support a team of administrative professionals and ensure a positive patient experience.

You will help manage scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance; partner with clinic leadership to improve workflows; and support reporting and compliance activities in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic systems.
• Experience with scheduling, clinic operations, or administrative workflow is preferred.

• Lead, coach, and develop front office and administrative support staff.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, workload distribution, and daily clinic operations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
• Partner with clinic leadership to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Monitor provider schedules and support timely patient access to care.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing patient and staff concerns.
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, compliance activities, and special projects.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinic environment.
