Job summary

Pine Rest is seeking an organized and service-focused leader to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient clinic front office at the Leonard Street location in Grand Rapids.

As the Support Staff Supervisor, you will lead front office staff, coordinate scheduling, support onboarding, and partner with clinic leadership to improve workflows and patient access.

This on-site role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and process improvement in a compassionate behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
