Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Kalamazoo, MI, seeks a Senior Residential Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for residential and community programs. You will ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship while supporting individuals served, families, and partner organizations.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive QA initiatives, advance workforce development, and foster a culture of recovery, dignity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership/management experience in behavioral health or residential services.
Experience leading teams and driving performance improvement.
Valid Michigan driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Professional licensure preferred.
Experience in residential treatment or community-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for residential and community programs.
Ensure quality, safety, compliance, financial performance and satisfaction outcomes.
Lead workforce development and staff coaching.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and person-centered care.
Oversee admissions, referrals, and community relations.
