Job summary

DSV in Dallas is seeking an Operations Manager for the 6p–6a shift (Fri-Sun). You will oversee day-to-day warehousing, receiving and shipping, drive safety, cost control and KPI performance, and supervise hiring, training and performance evaluations.

You’ll coordinate space utilization, inbound/outbound planning, and client communications, while leading a team to deliver reliable, efficient service across the site. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 5 years’ supervisory experience.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
