Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Nights (Sat-Mon, 6pm-6am) in Northlake, TX. The role leads inbound/outbound activities, staffing, and customer communication to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include planning daily work, managing labor, and training staff while meeting safety and quality standards. A forklift certification and WMS proficiency are preferred. Base pay range is disclosed in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role required.
• Prior MHE forklift certification or knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with RF scanners and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities to meet KPI targets.
• Plan daily work, labor scheduling, and space utilization.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are met.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing and development initiatives.
