Job summary

Unica Enterprises LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multi-region facilities services, including 24/7 operations for airports, convention centers, and municipal sites. The role requires building scalable operations, staffing, and performance management across regions, reporting to executive leadership.

You will drive mobilization of new contracts and ensure consistent service delivery. You will oversee Area Managers and site leadership, align with contracts, and partner with executives

Qualifications

• 7+ years in janitorial, facilities services, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-site operations ($10M+ portfolio) preferred.
• Experience in 24/7, high-traffic environments like airports or convention centers.
• Oversight of Area Managers or equivalent multi-site leadership.
• Ability to operate in lean environments without extensive corporate support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple regions including DFW and out-of-state accounts.
• Directly manage and develop Area Managers, Site Managers, and supervisory staff.
• Establish accountability and performance expectations across all levels of field leadership.
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards across all locations.
• Lead start-up and transition of new contracts, including staffing and deployment.
• Build infrastructure to support continued multi-region growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance.
