Job summary

Elite Line Services is seeking an Operations Manager to provide leadership and guidance to site managers, teams, and customers. You will oversee site operations, drive safety culture, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships.

Key responsibilities include developing operating plans, reviewing financials, and supporting business development through RFP responses and contract reviews. Travel up to 50% and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years in a high-level service industry management position.
• 5+ years' experience in service provision, adhering to contract terms.
• Strong administrative, communication and leadership skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and airport operations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support safety culture and enforce company policies across sites.
• Oversee operations and maintenance site activities with financial oversight.
• Coordinate annual operating plans and budgets for sites.
• Review P&Ls for regional sites and manage client relationships.
• Develop procedures to ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Assist in identifying sales opportunities and responding to RFPs.
